Trick or Treat

Halloween night, the night where streets are filled with pumpkins and spider webs. Children are seen costumed as ghosts,  witches, and vampires, intent on filling their plastic pumpkin pails with the reward of sweet candy and caramel popcorn balls. 

From door to door, one only has to say, “Trick or Treat”, and the candy reward is offered again.  One often wonders, what if there wasn’t a child behind the spooky costume façade?  What if it was something else...
