Shipping Policy

Your order is important to us!  Generally, we ship orders within 1-3 days of receiving your order. However, holidays such as Halloween and Christmas may require a couple additional days for processing due to increased volumes of demand.  With that said, we will strive to ensure your shipment is processed as quickly as possible!

Our preferred method of shipping is via USPS Priority Service.  All orders shipped will include tracking and insurance.  Currently, we only ship to addresses within the domestic United States.  

Once your order is processed and picked up by USPS, you will receive a tracking number.  Keep in mind your tracking from USPS may take 24 hours to update or when the package begins movement through the mail system.

Damages in Transit or Delivery


If your item is damaged during shipping, please take a photo of the box and damaged items.  We will also need a picture of the shipping label.  Please email any damaged photos to immediately so we may assist you.  


Additional Shipping Information


If your tracking states "delivered" but you cannot locate the package we advise that you contact your local post office.  Most of the time this problem can be solved quickly by the branch.  There are many situations where the postal carrier may finalize a delivery in the system before completing the delivery.  However, they usually finish the delivery shortly after.  Most of the time, the local branch has knowledge of these practices and can verify that the package(s) is still in their possession.  Unfortunately, we do not have any additional access to tracking information that you do.   

Also, we are not able to offer a refund when your tracking states "Delivered" so please make sure you make note of the following:

  • Your shipping address entered at time of check out is accurate and current.  We are not responsible for items lost due to an old or incorrect address was used.
  • If your package is being delivered to an area that is unsecure or if you think you may not be home to receive your package, consider shipping to your place of work, neighbor, or an alternate location that is safe and secure where you can retrieve later at your convenience.  
  • Keep in mind, packages are extremely vulnerable to theft if left in plain sight in a high traffic area and during the holidays.
